ORDER

This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking to set aside the 1/3

order dated 31.1.2023 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tiruvannamalai in Crl.M.P.No.4028 of 2022 in C.C.No.66 of 2014 filed under Section 311 of the Criminal Procedure Code to recall PW1 & PW3 to PW14 for cross examination.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the matter has become infructuous since the main case itself has ended up in convicting the petitioner/accused by judgment dated 19.5.2023.

4. Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
