3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 19.04.2016, given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.529 of 2016 on 15.07.2016, for the offence under Section 420 IPC.
