This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 21.05.2015 given by the petitioner to the 1st respondent and investigate the same and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.On a complaint given by the Village Administrative Officer, a case in Cr.No.150 of 2015 for offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 353 and 506(i) IPC has been registered against the petitioner herein. As a counter blast, the petitioner has given the present complaint. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the police to register an FIR.
