When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in E.S.Sundara Mahalingam Vs The Special Tribunal for Co-operative Societies (District Judge), Tirunelveli and others, in W.A.No.4021 of 2019 dated 22.11.2019, directing the similar matters to be renumbered as Civil Revision Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

2. In view of the above, Registry is directed to renumber the present writ petitions as Civil Revision Petitions and list it before the concerned Portfolio Court.
