This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 21.09.2016 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Vellore in I.A.No.87 of 2012 in H.M.O.P.No.41 of 2010.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner filed a Memo dated 25.01.2022 stating that the H.M.O.P.No.41 of 2010 was allowed by the Hon'ble Principal Subordinate Judge, Vellore and both the parties are living together. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. The said Memo dated 25.01.2022 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded.
