O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 25.05.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that on the complaint given by this petitioner, an FIR was registered in Crime No.453 of 2011 by the respondent police against T.Subburaj. This court in Crl.OP.No.5512 of 2012 has directed the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.453 of 2011 within a period of six weeks. Despite the order passed by this Court, the police have not completed the investigation in Crime No.453 of 2011.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the accused undertook to return the drug license that he had taken from the petitioner's company and despite summons to the accused https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

T.Subburaj, he is not appearing before the police and returning the drug license.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor also submitted that the accused T.Subburaj had obtained anticipatory bail in Crime No.453 of 2011.

6. If the said T.Subburaj is not co-operating with the police for investigation in Crime No.453 of 2011, steps may be taken to cancel his anticipatory bail. In the present complaint dated 25.05.2015 given by the petitioner, since serious allegations have been made against the said T.Subburaj, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR.No.208 of 2015, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
