For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 12.02.2026 passed in W.M.P.Nos.5630 and 5628 of 2026 in W.P.No.5064 of 2026, this contempt petition is filed.

2. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court dated 12.02.2026 passed in W.M.P.Nos.5630 and 5628 of 2026 in W.P.No.5064 of 2026 has been complied with and the respondent has communicated the order dated 12.06.2026 to the petitioner and a copy of the same is also communicated to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Hence, the appearance of the respondent is dispensed with.
