ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's case on the basis of the order passed by the first respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.34116/D1/C4/13 dated 27.11.2013 and approve his appointment as BT Assistant in the fourth respondent school and provide Grant for his post.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the approval was granted to the appointment of the petitioner as BT Assistant in the fourth respondent school and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
