ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to communicate / supply copy of the Board Audit pertaining to Service Connection No. 253-010-258, Visharam-E, so as to enable the petitioner to agitate the cause on merits by forbearing the respondents from, in any manner, resorting to any disconnection of the other service connections of the petitioner and his family members.
2. Such information/ particulars can be sought for by the petitioner under the provisions of the Right To Information Act . However, the writ petition was filed in the year 2021 and is pending for the past about 2.5 years. Therefore, relegating the petitioner again before the Public Information Officer would cause prejudice.

3. Thus, the Public Information Officer of the TANGEDCO and the respondents are directed to furnish the particulars/ documents sought for by the petitioner in his representation dated 16.11.2020. The petitioner is directed to send one more copy of the representation along with the order passed in the present writ petition. The respondents are directed to communicate the information/ documents to the petitioner within the time limits as contemplated under the Right To Information Act.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of . However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
