ORDER

This contempt petition is filed complaining that the interim order passed in WMP No.27858 of 2017 in W.P.No.26212 of 2017 dated 13.10.2017 was not complied with.

2.It is admitted by both sides that subsequently, the main writ petition itself was disposed of on 22.02.2018. It is further seen that the petitioner has already filed another Contempt Petition in Cont.P. No.1256 of 2018, complaining that the order passed in the main writ petition is also not complied with, wherein this Court today directed the learned counsel appearing for the respondent to get instruction. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed by leaving the parties to agitate the matter in the other Contempt Petition No.1256 of 2018.
