Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release unutilized land for an extent of 2095 sq.ft. in survey No.369/4A Part and 369/4A2 part in Shollinganallur Village, Kancheepuram District as per new Act Section 24 (2) of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release unutilized land for an extent of 2095 sq.ft. in survey No.369/4A Part and 369/4A2 part in Shollinganallur Village, Kancheepuram District as per new Act Section 24 (2) of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

3. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
