This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.11.2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentPolice.

3. It is seen from the records, even on 11.02.2014, interim order was passed directing the respondent police to conduct an enquiry following the law laid down in Lalita Kumari Vs. Govt. of U.P. & Others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. The respondent police was also directed to inform the result of the enquiry. The order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

11.02.2014 is made absolute and the 2nd respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry and act according to law as per the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others reported in [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
