ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.
2. No representation for the petitioner and heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents.
3. On a complaint given by one Muniyandi, petition enquiry is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.
