When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties. He also filed a memo dated 06.08.2020, wherein, it is stated as follows: "The petitioner states that the criminal revision petition filed against the maintenance order passed in M.C.No.51 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Namakkal and the petitioner informed by letter dated 04.08.2020 that the matter settled out of the Court and requested to withdraw the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.R.C.No.535 of 2020 pending on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Therefore it is prayed before this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit us to withdraw the Crl.R.C.No.535 of 2020 pending on the file of this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice."

In view of the above, this criminal revision petitioner is dismissed as withdrawn. Connected Crl.M.P.No.4223 of 2020 is closed.
