COMMON ORDER These Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed by the State seeking extension of time by six months to complete the investigation of the case and to file final reports granted by this Court in W.M.P. Crl.No.620 & 621 of 2025 in W.P.No.5517 of 2024 and W.P.No.2187 of 2025 dated 07.11.2025.
2. Heard the learned Counsels appearing on both sides.
3. Considering the submissions made on both sides, the time granted by this Court on 07.11.2025, is extended by a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.09 of 2021 and Crime No.22 of 2023. Further, in the meanwhile, respondent police is directed to take appropriate steps to secure the accused if necessary for interrogation.
4. Post the matter for reporting compliance on "11.08.2026". 30-06-2026 SMA
