This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking modification of the conditional order directing the petitioner to deposit 20% of the compensation amount i.e., Rs.2,00,000/- within 15 days from the date of order in Crl.M.P.No.725 of 2022 in C.A.No.30 of 2022 dated 08.04.2022 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the time to comply with the order passed by the Court below to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- [Rupees Two Lakhs only] is extended till 01.07.2022.
