Mr.D.Pradeepkumar, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. On instructions, he states no objection for allowing this application.

2. This application has been filed for raising the order of attachment dated 07.05.2021 passed by the arbitral Tribunal. Since the claim of the

respondent has been settled after initiation of arbitration, the applicant seeks for raising the order of attachment. The said attachment order was passed by the arbitral Tribunal. Since the award has already been passed, it has become necessary for the applicant to file this application before this Court.

3. Since the respondent has stated no objection for allowing this application and since the applicant has settled the dues to the respondent, this Application is allowed as prayed for and the order of attachment dated 07.05.2021 passed in I.A.No.23 of 2021 in Arbitration Case No.VKT/SF/84/2020 is raised. The applicant is permitted to communicate this order to the concerned statutory authorities for lifting the order of attachment from their respective records.
