This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2023 with regard to issuance of patta in respect of his property to an extent of 34 cents comprised in Survey No.343/6 situated at Naduveerapattu Village, Kundrathur Taluk, (formerly Sriperumbudur Taluk), Kanchipuram District. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that, he purchased a property comprised in Survey No.343/6 situated at Naduveerapattu Village, Kundrathur Taluk, (formerly Sriperumbudur Taluk), Kanchipuram District, from one Parasuraman by way of Sale Deed dated 10.07.1983 and the same was registered by the Sub Registrar, Tambaram, Therefore, the second respondent has to issue a patta in respect of the above land. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 19.12.2023 and the same has not been considered by the respondents. 3.

Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the notice has been issued to the petitioner for his appearance on 05.04.2024 before the respondents with relevant documents.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner shall appear before the respondents with relevant documents and thereafter, the respondents shall consider the same and pass order on its own merits and in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
