This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Cr.No.56 of 2012 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation in Cr.No.56 of 2012 has been completed and Final Report has been filed in C.C.No.279 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet for offences under Sections 465, 468, 471 and 420 r/w 34 IPC.
