The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register an FIR, on the complaint dated 30.06.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he had handed over the title deeds of his property to his sister Geeta Sundar, before leaving to USA, and Geeta Sundar died of cancer. It is alleged by the petitioner that Geeta Sundar's husband Sundar is illegally retaining the property documents and not handing over the same to him.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.503 of 2015.

5. The respondent-Police is directed to call both the parties and conduct enquiry in CSR.No.503 of 2015 and take action in accordance with law.
