ORDER

The contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of Court by disobeying the order of this Court dated 01.02.2022 passed in W.P.No.18485 of 2015.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the respondents filed W.A.No.1467 of 2022 and the said appeal was admitted by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and it is pending.

3. This being the factum, no further adjudication is required in the present contempt petition and accordingly, the same stands closed.
