ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.06.2015 pending on the file of the respondent as CSR No. 536/2015 and investigate the same, he has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. It is represented that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.536/2015.
4. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.536/2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
