This petition is filed to condone the delay of 115 days in filing the writ appeal.

Heard Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners, Mr.V.Elangovan, learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3 and Mr.P.S.Seetharaman, learned counsel for respondents 5 and 6.

Since respondent 1 is no more and the legal heirs since have been impleaded, to whom also Mr.D.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel is appearing.

The delay is 115 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
