ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.A.No.1145 of 2016, dated 18.09.2017.

2. When this contempt petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Transport Corporation has produced a letter issued by the respondent to the petitioner in Lr.No.2417/LS (CM-V)/MTC/2015, dated 10.08.2018 along with a memo of calculation. On the basis of the said memo of calculation, it is found that the employee's contribution is Rs.1,51,618/- which is due with interest thereon.

3. However, according to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/employee, the petitioner is unable to pay the said amount and hence, he has submitted that the said amount may be deducted out of the pension amount to be paid to the petitioner.

4. In view of the said fact, the respondent-Transport Corporation is directed to deduct the amount of Rs.1,51,618/- proportionately on instalment basis.

5. With the above direction, this Contempt Petition is disposed of.
