Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1012 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30996 of 2024, dated 27.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
