ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.15173 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2020 dated 28.09.2020, thereby directed the respondent to complete the 1/4

Cont.P.No.718 of 2021 investigation in Cr.No.5 of 2018 on the file of the respondent and file final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already the respondent completed investigation in Cr.No.5 of 2018 filed final for the offences punishable under Sections 417 and 376 of IPC as against the accused person and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Ponneri, Tiruvallur District on 22.03.2021. Therefore, no contempt is made out as against the respondent. Accordingly, this Contempt petition is dismissed.
