O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) After hearing the learned counsel for parties, learned Additional Advocate General submits that he will advice withdrawal of the order dated 03.02.2016 in view of the fact that towards the end of the order, a reliance has been placed on an order which itself stood set aside. Thus, he submits that a fresh order will be passed within four weeks from today.

3.Contempt Petitions, accordingly, stand disposed of. No costs.
