This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 30.01.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 30.01.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
