O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondent to appoint her in the post of Lab Technician Grade II pursuant to the interview and certificate verification held on 10.12.2014.

2.The case of the petitioner is that subsequent to the respondent's communication dated 29.11.2014, she attended the interview and Certificate Verification for the post of Lab Technician along with all the required documents, however, she was not issued with any appointment order. Therefore, she made representation to the respondent, but the same has not yet been considered. Hence, this writ petition.

3.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

though the writ petition has been filed seeking a larger relief, the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is given to the respondent to dispose of her representation dated 13.02.2015, for which, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent raised no serious objection.

4.In view of the above, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law and in the light of the respondent's communication dated 29.11.2014, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
