ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl O.P. No.4621 of 2026 dated 25.02.2026.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl O.P. No.4621 of 2026 vide order dated 25.02.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
