ORDER

The writ petition is filed directing the respondents 1 to 7 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2024 and pass such further or other orders.

2. Upon considering the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the said representation, it is mentioned in the said representation that the petitioner is functioning under the name "Central Medical Council of India" and the change of name is also notified vide, Gazette and the petitioner wants recognition to his mission. It is not made clear in the representation as to what recognition he needs from the respondents, whether as a Medical College or as any other Institution and if so, under what law. The Court also poses the same question to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks time to get instruction in that regard.

3. It can be seen that the prayer is to consider the representation, but the representation does not clearly specify under which law and for what purpose the recognition is needed. Therefore, in any event, the prayer made in the writ petition to consider the said representation cannot be granted by this Court. Therefore, leaving open the liberty of the petitioner to make any specific representation with reference to any recognition whatsoever it wants under any law, as per the form prescribed under the said regulations or law, the prayer in this writ petition cannot be countenanced. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
