ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue an order of direction to the respondents 1 and 2, directing them not to harass the petitioners family except by due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in Crime No.80 of 2021, though his son name does not find place, the respondent police harassed the petitioner and his family under the guise of enquiry and investigation. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent Police to issue a summon to the petitioner if her presence is needed and thereafter, call her for an enquiry. It is made clear that the petitioner will not be harassed in the name of enquiry.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
