Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this criminal original petition, the condition imposed on the petitioner was for a period of thirty (30) days. The period has already expired and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
