ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking interest for the delayed payment of Provident Fund, Service Gratuity, Leave Salary and Commutation of Pension amount.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the respondents. 3.The respondent may examine the service register of the petitioner and examine whether the aforementioned amount had been paid with delay and if paid with delay, pay interest at 6% per annum from the date of retirement till the date of actual disbursement. This exercise should be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, 2/4
