3 POOVATHAL 4 DHANALAKSHMI Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to recall the order dated 08-01-2019 passed by this Honourable Court and impose heave costs on the appellant IN CMP.NO.11412 OF 2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.S. KARTHIK RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.MUTHUSWAMY, (P-IN-P) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the respondents 2 and 3 to re-call the order passed by this court dated 08.01.2019.

2. This Court by the order dated 08.01.2019 has directed the respondents 2 and 3/petitioners herein to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- as costs to the appellant. Now, it is represented that the petitioners herein have already complied with the said order and Rs.5,000/- was paid to the appellants.
