Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to cancel the appointment of 4th respondent consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to appoint the petitioner as Nutritious Meals Organizer in the Panchayat Union Elementary School, Nathan Kaduvetti as reserved for backward muslims as per the GO Ms.No.55 Personnel and Administrative Reforms (S) Department dated 8.4.2010 passed by the first respondent.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a mandamus to the respondents 2 and 3 to cancel the appointment of the fourth respondent, who was appointed as a Noon Meal Organizer in the Panchayat Union Elementary School, Nathan Kaduvetti.

2. It is not known how this writ petition can be filed questioning the appointment made in favour of the fourth respondent, namely, Mrs.Sangeetha without even enclosing a copy of the order. This Court, without even seeing the appointment order of the fourth respondent, will not be in a position to satisfy for what reason the case of the petitioner was rejected and for what reason the merits of the fourth respondent, who was appointed to the said post, were considered. Therefore, the writ petition, without even filing the copy of the appointment order, is not maintainable. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
