The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 19.12.2017 of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.28327 of 2017.

2. Pursuant to the statutory notice dated 29.06.2018, the respondent herein viz., P.K.Sivakumar, Inspector of Police, S-10 Pallikaranai Police Station, Chennai is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ personally present before this Court today.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the order of this Court dated 19.12.2017 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint came to be registered in FIR No.1067 of 2018 dated 05.08.2018.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed.
