ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.2544/A3/2021 dated nil/11.2021, thereby rejected the claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner is the sister of the deceased brother. In fact, he was provided compassionate appointment on the demise of their father. While he was in service as Junior Assistant, he died on 03.03.2011. Even on the date of his demise, the petitioner got married and living separately. Though the petitioner is the only legal heir, she is not entitled for any compassionate appointment. That apart, she had applied for her appointment after a period of three years from the date of her brother's demise.

4. Therefore, the second respondent had rightly rejected the claim of the petitioner. Insofar the death cum terminal benefits of her deceased brother are concerned, if any due from the respondents, the petitioner is at liberty to make fresh representation to the respondents.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
