ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in paragraph No.8(c) imposed in the order dated 23.02.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.4345 of 2026 in Crime No.40 of 2026, by permitting the petitioner to report before Gudimangalam Police Station at 10.30 a.m. instead of 1/4

reporting before Avinashi Police Station, and also to extend the time for surrender and execution of sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph No.8(c) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.4345 of 2025 dated 23.02.2026 is modified to that effect that "the petitioner shall report before the Gudimangalam Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three weeks". The other conditions shall remain unaltered. Further, a period of two weeks time is granted for surrender and execution of sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi, passed in Crl.O.P.No.4345 of 2026 dated 23.02.2026, from the date on which, the order copy made ready, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stand automatically cancelled and no further extension of time will be granted.
