The present transfer petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.37 of 2013 pending on the file of the I Additional District Court, Erode and transfer the same to any other competent District Court.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the matter has been settled. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to state anything on the same.
