Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time imposed for furnishing surety in the order in Crl.M.P.Nos.1639 & 1641/2021 in Crl.O.P.Nos.7756 & 7758 of 2020 order dated 22.02.2021 & 25.02.2021 before the Learned XVII Magistrate, Saidapet of Crime NO.84 of 2020 in the lights of the circumstances mentioned above and therefore to order subsequent two weeks to execute the same from the date of receipt of the order copy.
