(CRIME NO 84 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time imposd for furnishing surety in the order in M.P.No.1637/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.8298 of 2020 order dated 25/02/2021 before the Learned XVII Magistrate, Saidapet of Crime no. 84 of 2020 in the ligths of the circumstances mentioned above and therefore to order subsequent two weeks to execute the same from the date of receipt of the order copy and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.ASAI THAMBI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 24.09.2020, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to furnish sureties.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to furnish the sureties before the concerned Court. All other conditions remain unaltered.
