(Order of the Court was delivered by V.M.VELUMANI,J.) This Review Petition is filed to reconsider the order dated 26.11.2018 made in W.P.No.31136 of 2018.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner Municipality issued notice dated 31.03.2022 under 2/4
Sections 56 & 57 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 to B.Saravanan, G.Sekar, T.Shankar, Meenakshi, Pratheeba, R.Gnanavel, Sumathi, V.Parasuraman, D.Narayanan, R.Settu, T.Settu, Manjula, R.Vasanthan, S.Palanisamy, M.Ganesan, M.Krishnan, A.Mala, Amutha and Shakila for removal of unauthorised construction. Challenging the said notice dated 31.03.2022, the above said persons filed W.P.Nos.12358, 12625 & 12707 of 2022. Pending those writ petitions, H.R. and C.E. Department initiated proceedings under Section 78 of the H.R. and C.E. Act and passed order on 25.11.2022 and fixed the date on 07.01.2023 for eviction. In view of the same, nothing survives in the Review Petition.
3.Recoding the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, no further order is necessary in this Review Application. Accordingly, the Review Application stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
