When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first to third respondent submitted that order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 18752 of 2020 dated 29.08.2023 has been complied by the District Educational Officer (Elementary Education), Tindivanam, vide Proceedings Na.Ka.No.295/A2/2002, dated 19.06.2024 and copy of the same is also submitted before this Court.
2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government appearing for the first to third respondent, this contempt Petition stands closed. No cost.
