Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant through video conferencing.

The main contention of the learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicants and the respondents 3 and 4 are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court and the suit has been filed for specific performance in respect of the properties which are subject matter of the suit is also situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and hence, sought leave to file the suit.

3. Having regard to the nature of allegations in the affidavit filed along with the application and the as averments made in the plaint makes it clear that entire cause of action has taken place within the jurisdiction of this Court and the applicants and the respondents 3 and 4 are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court and the immovable properties are also situated within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted to the applicants to file suit and this application is ordered as prayed for. 30.06.2020 ggs N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.
