ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioners to report before Gudimangalam Police Station at Tiruppur instead Udumalpet Police Station, Tiruppur vide order dated 05.02.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.2610 of 2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2610 of 2026 dated 05.02.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 11.30 a.m. before the The Inspector of Police, Udumalpet Police Station, Tiruppur District, for a period of three weeks.
