ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in para No.9(b) of the order dated 05.02.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.2803 of 2026, by permitting the petitioner to report before the Gudimangalam Police Station instead of Dhally Police Station. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in para 9(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No. 2803 of 2025 dated 05.02.2026 is modified to that effect that "the petitioner shall report before the Gudimangalam Police Station, daily at 5.00 p.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation". The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
