This writ petition was filed in the year 2015. In the last two occasions, there has been no representation on the side of the petitioner and no interest has taken in prosecuting this writ petition for the last seven years.

This writ petition was filed for the issue of writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to appoint a special officer to the 3rd respondent society on the ground that there are some pending cases against the President, Secretary and treasurer of the 3rd respondent society. The complaint was given on 22.12.2014.

Taking into consideration the relief sought for in this writ petition and the lapse of time, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this writ petition pending and no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
