When the matter was taken up, the learned Government Advocate submitted that there are two other cases against the petitioner and her husband for adopting similar modus operandi to cheat car purchasers.

When this Court was about to dismiss the case on merits as the petitioner has not come to the Court with clean hands and as he has suppressed material facts and dubiously filed this Writ Petition, the learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner, sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.

Permission is granted.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
