Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent. Since this writ petition is being disposed of, without affecting the interest of the second respondent, notice to the said respondent is dispensed with.
2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the Revision in RP.No.2 of 2018 expeditiously.

3. Heard both sides.
4. It is stated that the said Revision was filed challenging the appointment of a fit person viz., the second respondent herein to Arulmigu Senni Andavar Temple, Viralikadu, Coimbatore. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said Revision has not been considered by the first respondent so far.
5. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the Revision filed by the petitioner, as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the first respondent to dispose the Revision in R.P.No.2 of 2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, the second respondent and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
